Calculating total cast of bank resources procurement methods which include current -free loan deposit, saving interest-free loan deposit, regular and net short-term investment deposit, long-term investment deposit and surety bond cash deposit and presenting their optimal integration require precise scientific studies. Hence, this study is an attempt to know which methods are the best optimal integration banking resources. Linear and ideal planning techniques are used to find an optimal solution according to existing mathematical models. We use three algorithms to construct mathematical models. In the suggested mathematical models, linear planning has 6 variables and 2 constraints in getting no information algorithm and 6 variables and 7 constraints in getting information algorithm and the problem is solved by WINQSB software. But, 6 variables and 8 constraints are solved by LINGO8 software. The results of the study show that presenting an optimal integration of resources procurement methods by using mathematical models is possible and is applicable with regard to determining rational and suitable constraints and ideals for all resource procurement methods. In addition, with regard to the calculation and investigation of procurement cost in financial procurement methods, it is found out that total cost (i.e. real operational cost plus nonoperational cost) is the basis of judgment for studying resource procurement cost. Further, as with the total cost of resource procurement methods, current interest-free loan deposit and long-term investment deposit are the most expensive methods while surety bond cash deposit is the cheapest resource procurement method and other methods fall in between.

The expansion of sciences range, preservation of originalities, prevention from types of manipulations and necessity of quick access to the given issues are the foremost reason for tendency toward lexicography and it may be said that today ease of access to the aforesaid subjects is the most important reason for paying attention to this technique. Thus, lexicography is one of the technical and scientific branches of information classification that is widely used in the field of applied communication.I may be implied that dictionaries are of the first key books and systematic writings that have been insctribed in a branch of literature and and they possess long historical root. In this course, codification of guide book for Quranic terms is not also a new task or without prior background. Hadith (Islamic Tradition) glossary has no long history but some appropriate and deserving measures have been made to create this glossary that represents an immense movement in this field and requires adequate attention.

The purpose of this research has been to estimate the effects of internal organizational factors (such as; Loan, Number of employees, Number of branches, payment variation coefficient, branch Location and Facilities) on banking deposits in Mellat Bank. To this aim, panel data, obtained from 51 sample branches in Tehran, during the years 1999, 2000 and 2001 are used. In order to control and reduce the variation of other factors, average variables are used for the period. The results indicate that the bank is over-employed, while the number of branches is below the optimum level; amount of loans, branch location and financial facilities have an increasing effect on the banking deposits. Moreover, the results show that higher inequality in distribution of wages and salaries, perhaps through inducing more incentives, has positive effects on the banking deposits.

Core banking system is a fundamental solution for the centralized core  of  banking business, the main solution to centralize all data and critical processes. So that the changes create new services, responding to customer needs and also provides the necessary information to better manage organization in less time and with most Accuracy. But, implementation and deployment in bank faces with serious challenges.  This Thesis also outlines the dimensions and angles of the banking system, establish Obstacles of this system in Sepah Bank were discussed. the main obstacles classified to four financial, technological, social / cultural and managerial. And the effectiveness of each system was investigated. this research done at the 150 community levels involved in deploying a Core banking, including Sepah Bank, Bank Subsidiaries and contracted personnel. A questionnaire with 26 questions was distributed among 85 cases of which 60 were full questionnaire. Questions were designed on the basis of the whole five-point Likert situation. According to prove normal distribution of data T-parametric tests were used to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that technological and managerial factors in the establishment of a Core banking system are more effective at Sepah Bank, in priority. However, the influence of social / cultural and financial establishment of a Core system of banking in Bank Sepah was not proved.

The monetary policy affects on economy by several channels. The most important are Interest rate channel, exchange rate channel and credit channel. In interest rate channel case, decreasing in money supply cause to increase interest rate and so investment is decreasing and it causes the diminishing of production. But in exchange rate channel, decreasing in money supply cause to increase interest rate and so, the rise of attractiveness domestic banking facilities. Following this situation, export prices start to rise and so, export and national production decrease. The function of credit channel is that decreasing in money supply cause to decrease bank deposit and following that, banking facilities diminish and it causes investment and production decrease. In this article, we try to study the function of credit channel. In other words, the effect of monetary policy on banking facilities, credits and liquidity has been studied. The results of this study show that monetary policy index (legal deposit rate) has negative effect on banking facilities and credit growth rate. So the existence of credit channel in Iran has accepted. But, as this effect is so little, the result of this monetary policy index would not be acceptable in policy making.    

Taking into account the theoretical issues of the subject, the empirical studies carried out and the economic structure of Iran and by using the STAR method as well as the seasonal data collected during 2006-2017, the present study compares the effects of real variables (the difference between the official and unofficial US dollar rates, the land price index for Tehran, and the volume of official and unofficial imports), and monetary-financial variables (banks debt to the central bank, time deposits and non performing loans) on the deposits interest rate In based on the theory of simultaneous Endogenous money and interest rate in the economy, which has been raised in the studies of some of the structuralist post Keynesian. The results indicate that despite the policymakers passivity in the period from 2006 to the first half of 2012, the variables related to the land price index, the time deposits volume, and the volume of official and unofficial imports are meaningful and have a positive effect on the deposits interest rate, which shows that the speculative motive of banks and the customers play a significant role in the high interest rates. However, in the second half of 2012 to 2017, the independent variables qualities of being meaningful and having a positive effect on the deposits interest rate are more caused by the financial distress of banks and less caused by the speculative motive of banks as well as the customers

In the past decades, the institution of Qard Al-Hassan has moved away from its aims in the banking system of Islamic Republic of Iran. Lack of meeting the goals of depositors, allocation with rent, and incorrect determination of allocation priorities are among the problems that have reduced people's desire for Qard Al-Hassan and have replaced the spirit of sacrifice with the spirit of profit. The away this institution from the depositors' goals, despite the protection of the law of the goals, was due to an incorrect interpretation of the law. This study proposes the hypothesis of low efficiency in allocation and reverses usury by using the analytical method in response to the question of the functional deviation of the Qard Al-Hassan loans in the banking system of the country. The findings of the study show that the functional deviation of the Qard Al-Hassan loans in the banking system of the country indicates a deviation in the moral and economic structure of society. The Qard Al-Hassan deposits can be appointed to power of attorney contract based on economic priorities and determine zero real interest rate to prevent problems.

The objective of this paper is to introduce the challenges that face the lexicography"s process in Iran in order to caution those who are interested in lexicography that as long as modem principles and methods of monolingual and bilingual lexicography are not observed and the lexicographer is not equipped with the necessary expertise and skill of the field, these shortcomings of the standard principles and consequent critical reviews will persist in the lexicography and dictionary-related domains in Iran. This complicated disorder will constantly increase until some logicai -and scientific solution can be found for the above-mentioned fundamental challenges. Admittedly,it is not enough to discuss this matter injust a single paper.The objectivesof this survey are to providea relatively different attitude, to find out a standard method of compiling better dictionaries, to look for new horizons and professional strategies of editing dictionaries based on modern scientific up-to-date principles and to remove existing shortcomings.
